FAQ

Your Stay, Simplified.

Explore helpful information about bookings, amenities, and the experience behind each Rently home.

Every Rently home is selected for its design integrity, architectural character, and sense of place. We work with independent hosts, architects, and local curators to ensure each space reflects thoughtful craftsmanship from natural light and material palette to spatial flow and comfort. Rather than quantity, we focus on quality and atmosphere creating homes that feel personal, timeless, and deeply restorative.

Each property page includes a “Book Now” or “View Availability” button that connects directly to its hosting platform (Airbnb, Booking.com, or a dedicated booking page). This ensures secure payments, verified reviews, and transparent cancellation policies. You can browse properties by destination, size, or amenities then complete your booking on the external platform, just as you normally would.

Rently curates a collection of independently owned homes that meet our design and hospitality standards. We collaborate closely with local hosts to ensure every property provides the same level of care, cleanliness, and comfort. In some cases, Rently directly manages the guest experience to maintain consistency across all stays.

While each home is unique, all Rently stays include high-quality essentials such as fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning or heating, a fully equipped kitchen, premium linens, and workspace access. Many properties also offer private pools, fireplaces, terraces, or gardens depending on the region. Each listing includes a detailed amenities list so you can see exactly what’s available before booking.

Most properties offer flexible, self-check-in options via smart lock or secure key box. You’ll receive check-in instructions by email or through the booking platform before arrival. Standard check-in is after 3 PM and check-out before 11 AM, though hosts are often happy to accommodate special requests when possible.

Yes. Many of our properties are designed with creative professionals and remote guests in mind. Expect dedicated workspaces, strong Wi-Fi, and plenty of natural light. For longer stays, some homes even offer multiple work areas or private studies perfect for those seeking focus without compromising design or comfort.
